Dhalia Fa Matsumi found a job at the Black Hand Club. She married her co-worker Lee Naise, but after some time she quit working there. She eventually tried taking some courses for a lawyer job but did not like it so she became a taxi driver. As a taxi driver, Dhalia encountered the dark side of Los Santos where she witnessed drug addicts, whores and gangs. This caused her to be terrified of picking up customers for her job. Gintoki Kimura (Dhalia's friend), encouraged her to get a job at LSFMD, where she worked for a short time, during mid-2018. Dhalia eventually rejoined The Black Hand Triads, becoming an honorary member again.
Dhalia divorced Lee Naise and then married Karu Shinjuku instead. Some prior Dhalia divorced Karu and married Rimel N Uzumaki and got daughter called Yui Rosetti Matsumi
